The car looks like it’s new! We were really saddened about the wreck because the car only has 3,000 miles on it, and hasn’t even had the first oil change. Now it looks new again.

Gerber has taken care of my family's cars, at least 4 times over the last decade with 100% satisfaction. I highly recommend them and will continue to come back. One negative, I hate their parking lot. Double positive...I love the people! That beats parking every time.

Terrible communication Terrible quality of work Completely failed to follow notes in service order” DO NOT INSTALL FRONT LICENSE PLATE” this was told to service rep 3 times and added to repair notes. License plate was attached to new front bumper with 3/8 self taping screws. New bumper has 2 ragged holes. Waiting for Gerber to offer solution.

Complete failure in communication from Gerber. Text updates received were 100% wrong. Received multiple texts giving percentage of work completed when actually no work has been done and parts had not been received.

The repair service was done on schedule and the car looks fantastic. Gerber Collision provided updates as the repairs progressed which we appreciated. When we picked the car up it had been cleaned inside and out and front to back. The office manager and staff person were easy to work with. Altogether, this has probably been the best collision repair experience we’ve had. Thank you Gerber Collision.

Emm and the front desk receptionist was really informative throughout the entire process. They even went the extra mile to work with my nursing hours to ensure we got our vehicle when it was ready!
