Very disappointing, the general manager failed to write down what was damaged on my truck at the appointment to look at it. When I picked it up some of the damage was not fixed, and they accused me of damaging it between the appointment before admitting that he did remember that it was damaged and he failed to write it down. Then I was told there was nothing we could do and that it was his mistake and I needed to just get over it. Needless to say I am furious with this experience and when you compound this with the fact that last time I brought my truck there they worked on the tailgate which them would not open and they tried to accuse me of breaking that too. The staff is rude, unprofessional and I will not recommend this place to anyone. In fact I plan to file a complaint with the better business Bureau and anywhere else that I can tell people about the terrible experience I had to prevent other from a similar experience. Since Gerber underestimated the time it took to repair my vehicle, I believe they should cover the cost of the rental vehicle for the time beyond 5 days.,

Just picked up truck at 530 today 6/18 drove home just fine dropped off other vehicle was gonna take a test drive never shut truck off started down road not even mile from home acted up stopped running. Went to start up when you turn the key the starter keeps running after you let go took video called 1-877# sending tow truck. Not happy!!!!
