Scott Behm went above & beyond to help me understand the entire process. He was very empathetic to my situation having just had a car accident the day before. I was very emotional to say the least. I was always kept aprised if the status of my vehicle via texts which I thought was very cool & convenient. Any time I called the office, the front desk was always helpful, kind & pleasant. She's (I forgot her name) a great 1st impression of your company! I couldn't believe how fast my vehicle was repaired. Just one week & the area had just been hit hard by a terrible hail storm, so Gerber was swamped. Upon pickup, I met Joe. He was great! I found some chocolate shake still embedded in the gear shift, buttons, & stereo. I said it was no big deal because everything else inside & out looked immaculate. He insisted on cleaning/detailing those spots himself! It had just been detailed & he wasn't happy that traces of what spilled on impact wasn't gone completely. So he got in there with a a-tip, brush & solvent & finished it up right. I was so grateful! Scott Behm also came out to make sure I was satisfied overall. Talk about fabulous customer service!! Thus is the one & only place to bring your vehicle to for any type of collision, etc repair. Can't say enough great things about everyone at Gerber. It was my 2nd time using them. I was hit 2 yrs ago & had my repairs done here on my SUV. Great service then. Great service now. Highly recommend!!! Signed...a very satisfied & enthusiastic customer.

Enok (sp) was rude and grabbed a paper out of my hand - The front desk made me pay and sign papers before I could view my car They lied about work they completed or repaired.
