Everyone was very courteous and helpful. The gentleman who took care of me explained what needed to be done very clearly. The rental car worked out well and was ready for me when I dropped off my car even though I was early. Best of all my car was ready a day earlier than expected and it looked great after the work was done.

My SRS light came on right after leaving, and the door that was used to replace the old one is cheap and when shutting the door sounds hollow and cheap. There is no insulation in the door like the original Mercedes door. I would venture to say the side airbag was not hooked up or there is a bad sensor.
