Worst experience I’ve ever had. Vehicle was at this shop for 3 months!!! Everytime I requested an update I was told I would get one on Tuesday and Thursday. Would maybe receive an update on Tuesday, just to tell me some BS excuse that something happened or they had to order new parts. Continued pushing back the estimated completion date. Val was nice but other than that, I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone! Absolutely atrocious in the way things were handled. Honestly an embarrassment to other shops around the area. Terrible customer service. Average work. And not even remotely close to being done in a timely manner. Should change their name to “Garbage collision and glass” Also they post fake 5 star reviews to hide the actual bad reviews they have. You can clearly see they are using a bot to post the same review over and over again to try and hide the actual 1 and less than 1 star reviews. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Honestly hope that nobody else will take their vehicle here.
