Made my appointment by phone. I dropped it off the night before because I could not take time off work (this is not the reason my rating is below 10). I assumed the windshield replacement would happen the day of the appointment, since there was plenty of advanced warning - time to order the part, time to schedule the work. The repair was not done that day at all, and I was not informed. The text status updates never happened. The repair was completed the second day, but I did just show up to pick it up.
