Highly unsatisfied with quality of work. I would not want someone I know have to waste their time driving back and forth just to have to leave again without their vehicle because the work is not done..

I have been told 4 times that my vehicle was ready for pickup and every time I've gone, the car looks terrible. There is dirt in the paint and there is orange peel in the paint.

The completion time had been postponed 3 times. For every delay, I had to find out myself. Your representative never bothered to inform me. Your phone line is always busy and I had to get updated information by writing email to you. I am not happy about your devices.

The team at Gerber Collision was fabulous from start to finish. Everyone was friendly and professional, and the entire process was streamlined and well-organized. I received frequent updates by text, and my repair was completed at the projected time, despite some problems on the manufacturer’s end with parts. My car came out beautifully after the repair, and I couldn’t be happier. I had initially considered going through my dealer, but I know I made the right decision by taking the recommendation of All State and using Gerber. I hope not need a repair again in the future, but if I need it, I would definitely choose Gerber again.
