the repair took twice as long as I was originally told it would. when it was done, they called me on my home number when I clearly indicated on initial paperwork that my cellphone is the best way to contact me. so I did not know my car was finished until the rental company called me ON MY CELLPHONE prompting me to call Gerber. Now Gerber refuses to pay for rental beyond the day they left me a message on the WRONG contact number.

I felt like I was somebody special when having my car fixed there. I was treated with courtesy and respect by everyone I dealt with at Gerber. My car looks fantastic I actually teared up a lil when I saw how good the 'ol girl looked. My 18 year old Honda looks like she spent time at the spa ????
