Manager Eric walked me through the scope of work perfectly which lead me to choosing Gerber to complete the job over other shops. Appointment setting was very easy. Everybody in the office was very professional. Items were replaced and fixed looking and feeling better than before. Afterwards they explained everything that was unpin replacement. Completely satisfied

Eric Morton made my entire service experience exceptional from start to finish. He was professional, attentive, and made sure every detail with my car was handled smoothly. I really appreciated how communicative and helpful he was throughout the process it made everything feel easy and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about both the quality of the work and the customer experience, and Eric definitely delivered on both.
