They made everything so easy for me. I talked to AnnMarie at the deck. I called about what to do with my rental car. Jeremy told me to just bring it in and they will take care of it. Talked to Chris also. Everyone was so nice.

I had a chip in my windshield that right from the time she looked at my car she said it wasn’t from the accident (it was a high speed crash on the freeway involving many cars and a semi trying to swearve to avoid me and debris being thrown onto my car). It caused me a huge amount of stress as she had conveyed her thoughts to my insurance specialist. After weeks of calling my specialist without an answer and reaching out to Jenn without an answer, it was finally escalated where another specialist looked at the accident and approved replacing the windshield. Jenn did not look at the complexity of the accident when making her decision. We also spoke about picking up my car and returning the rental. I work in Waukesha until 4:30, and you close at 5. We agreed I would come on Monday as I work remotely here in Elkhorn. I started to receive messages from Enterprise that I would have to pay a daily rate. This was never brought to my attention when Jenn said it was fine, so Friday I had to make last minute arrangements to get off work to get my car. I was told my car was shiney and clean, but it had hard water streaks all over it.

After repairs completed I have called twice regarding issues with repairs completed and nobody answers the phone and sent an email no return. You have collected insurance payments and my deductible and you are happy Shame that I have been your costumer
