My only suggestion is that it would be helpful to coordinate the status updates of the emails with the phone calls. My husband got phone calls saying the car might be finished ahead of schedule, and the emails consistently stated that the car would be completed on the original day of 5/9. We got the email saying that the car was ready to be picked up after my husband had already picked it up. It's a minor detail. We were very pleased with the service and the repair work that was done!

estimated completion date kept changing (for a week and a half); when advised vehicle was ready (finally) was also advised all was done...with one exception..replaced part was not exactly same..but vehicle was ready to be released! (not told this was the case initially) consequently had to arrange and transport vehicle myself to "finish" the job..shop agreed to pay when receipt brought back; estimator NEVER mentioned this in appraisal
