I have found multiple scratches that are still On the car. The steering wheel is making a cranking noise. The seatbelts are shredded from the glass shards. I will be calling about this tomorrow.

We worked with Ian Gwen. We were in the process of moving from MD to NC when I was rear ended on I 95. Ian understood the stress we were under with home closing issues and then collision repair issues. Ian monitored the repair and kept us informed every step of the way. We got the car back on the date anticipated and we were thrilled with the results. Thank you Ian and Gerber Collision - we will definitely recommend you to friends and family!

I am thrilled with the quality of the repair on my car and with the customer service of Gerber Collision. Not only was I in an accident that required collision repair, we were also in the process of moving to a different state. I was scheduled to leave on a certain date and Ian kept me informed every step of the way and my car was finished in time. Ian (& Gerber collision) made the best of a tremendously stressful situation. I will highly recommend them.

Repair to truck on passenger side bed panel. Damage from anonymous parking lot impact near front of panel. I texted their estimator, Daniel Waskiewicz, asking if they could repair the full panel due to some earlier damage at rear of panel. Said I would be happy to pay any additional costs incurred. No reply after 4 days. Talked to the estimator on the phone and repeated the request. He said he hadn’t noticed it and that he would would look at it and call me back. He never called me back. Got another call from him 4 days later saying the truck was ready to pick up. He suddenly seemed to remember my earlier requests. He said because there was a small hole with some rust that they would have had to replace the whole panel. Again, I had already told him twice I was more than willing to pay any repair costs over the insurance estimate. I didn’t waste my time arguing with him and just picked up my vehicle. Their shop guys did a decent job repairing the claim section. Their estimator just completely blew me off though. Because of that I wouldn’t recommend the shop unless you ask for a different estimator.

I was disappointed to see that the repair was not what we talked about last Thursday. The bumper cover was to be replaced. However it was repaired. There are air bubbles in the paint, and the fitment on both sides is inaccurate. I will need to return to have it fixed.
