Although a week delayed, we couldn’t be happier to have our vehicle back and you couldn’t tell anything happened. Great crew great communication great explanation of the process. Yet again couldn’t be happier.

I now have a warning light that is constantly on that was not there before the repair. I will also report it to USAA in case I have to pay anything extra. Your people didn’t know how to fix this before I left. Mt appointment with Genesis is in August 3. The only problem is that I don’t know how serious this warning light is until then.
