This is my first time using Gerber and everyone said Great things about you guys, but I was disappointed about the customer service. The text messages you send out are nice, but never give any real information and were not accurate in my case. I could never get a somewhat firm answer on when my car would be done and no one really seemed interested in helping me. I understand you guys were extremely busy, but your customer service shouldn't lack because of that.

If USAA didn't back the work, there is no way I'd use this shop.

Fit and finish on fender was horrible. Paint had surface bubbles and end of fender stuck out a good 1/4 inch from rest of body. They oversprayed paint onto the brake light. It's like nobody even looked at the work or cared.

One receptionist who also answers phone. I've waited 20-25 minutes as she helps one customer and answers the phone 10+ times.

This place is terribe. I had a bumper repair, the plastic piece only not even the chrome, I was told it would take 2 days, 3 worst case, 10 days later they called me to let me know it was done.I would get some lady calling me every 2-3 days telling me the process was going great.. that they were almost done.. than 3 days later the same phone call.When I had questions she had no idea what she was talking about!
