This Gerber team is fantastic. My car looks like new, they explained and informed every step of the way, and it was done much earlier than expected. I can't speak for other outlets, but these folks have been together a long time, and are absolutely top notch. I would highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough good things about this shop. My Toyota RAV4 was hit while parked, and Liberty Mutual recommended this repair facility. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The team went above and beyond to take care of me. I accidentally picked up my rental car a day earlier than I was supposed to, and they proactively called me and got my vehicle in right away so I wouldn't be charged extra for the rental. That level of customer service is rare. My vehicle was brought in on Tuesday, and by Saturday at 3:00 PM it was repaired and ready to go. Not only was the repair completed incredibly quickly, but my RAV4 looks absolutely amazing. The exterior looks like new, and they even cleaned up the interior—it looked fantastic when I picked it up. Since Enterprise was closed on Saturday, they even returned the rental car for me, which made the entire process completely stress-free. Getting into an accident situation is never fun, but this shop made the experience as easy as possible. They communicated well, worked quickly, and delivered exceptional results. I am beyond happy with the repair and the customer service I received. Thank you so much to everyone on the team. I truly appreciate everything you did!

Totally satisfied with the repair but the replacement of the windshield was not addressed. I have to take care of it on my own with Traveler’s. Carma in Collision repair was terrific.
