My car repairs was assigned to Kuentin S. and from day one he was polite on the phone going over my many questions prior to the adjusters looking at my car and after the inspection he answered more questions for me and always answered politely and was knowledgeable with the answers. Today when picking up my car I was very satisfied not only to the work completed from the damages but they cleaned my car up with a nice vacuum and looked like the even wiped it on inside (my car is usually clean but it needed the routine wipe and vacuum) so to my surprise when I picked it up shiny inside and out made me 110% happy with my experience Thank you

The paint work is great, the finish is like factory. No orange peel, very nice. However, i took the car there to have the dent on the rear bumper cover repaired. It was not repaired when i picked the car up, it still had the dent from the accident. I understand its a small indentation about 18" long, and hard to see. Its a black car and shows imperfections because of it. The car looks good, i just was hoping to get it back looking perfect, like it did before it was hit. Like i said the fit and finish is excellent, they just missed the dent repair. They did discount the repaint of the spoiler by $100 , which i paid out of pocket, but i would have been happy to pay the full amount to have the car perfect again.

The mechanics are top notch I've never come to this shop where I haven't been satisfied with the work they performed. Body Shop is top rate. And they got my vehicle out almost a week earlier than they anticipated. The lady at the front desk is just as friendly as to be and so helpful. Especially navigating getting through on the phone to Enterprise rent-a-car. I definitely will always use this shop when needed.
