This location is the preferred site for many insurance providers. There really isn't much competition in Evansville. I've gone here three times in the past (a few times when it was still Lefler's) and have always had great service and work. This is the first time where the work completed has been less than expected. Something seemed off this trip.

Overall mostly dissatisfied. It took quite a bit of time to get estimate to insurance, insurance approve estimate, and car scheduled for repair. For the actual repair, there were lost of small areas where the car was returned in a worse state. 1) the side mirrors would not adjust (this is being corrected by Gerber), 2) the front bumper locations where it meets the fron quarter panels was not flush on either side, 3) the driver side window/lock control panel was not completly attached at pickup (was corrected), 4) the driver side window/lock control panel looks like it was pryed open with a screwdriver - there is a rough spot and a hole on the side that was not there before. Pictures can be provided. It just doesn't feel like a lot of care was given to this repair.
