Everything was great until pickup and a dent dead center of the bumper was visible. When I first saw it I thought it hadn’t been there before but then thought it could have been an impact point that we didn’t see initially from the rake that hit us. The man helping me found photos of when the car was dropped off and the dent was visible. I think he just wanted to go home because I was the last one there and it was 5:00. He tried to tell me that it couldn’t be the same impact because there were scrapes on the side. I pointed out that there were also dents on the rear of the car and he even flipped to a photo of those being repaired. He said he would talk to insurance about this being repaired now but they could decline it which is frustrating as it was there at the time of drop off and my initial estimate said the whole bumper was going to be removed. It’s clear that didn’t happen. This is not to say my entire experience was bad. Everyone was very helpful and kind and the work that was completed looks great. I think at the end of the day, someone just wanted to get home and unfortunately that will draw this process out longer.
