Overall horrible communication throughout the process. The worst part is the quality of the repairs had distortion in the outside quarter panel which affected door gaps. The rear suspension was still leaning inwards which meant more suspension components were bent. Inside of vehicle was very dusty and the headliner has black greasy finger prints all over it. Some interior plastic were scratched that weren’t before the repair. Absolutely horrible repair on a brand new car with 5000 miles.
