I hate to admit it, but I feel like a regular coming in for repeat business! Everyone is so nice that I brought in bagels as a thank you when I retrieved my Bronco. Eric Rutley provided an estimate and then when my car was brought in he was calling and email twice a week with updates. The communication was the best I have seen from any company in years. The fact I never called and he was on it was terrific.

Everybody was extremely helpful and professional. When I got my car back, the inside was immaculate. Much more so than when I dropped it off. The repairs were to perfection. Hopefully I will never need to use them again but if ever I need a collision shop. I would definitely return to Gerber.

I am thrilled with my experience with this Gerber location. I’d used Gerber before, but this location was exceptional! Very professional. Very pleasant. Constant updates on the progress of my car. Perfect repairs, completed before due date.
