Mel was absolutely amazing to work with. I had a weird job with two different claims and he acted with absolute honesty and integrity in separating the claims. My email updates were greatly appreciated, and my car was spotless (including the interior!!!) when I picked it up. Start to finish, this was a seamless experience and I’m so grateful to have my Sophie back up and running. Having the shop deal with my insurance company was an unexpected perk, as I have never filed a claim through insurance before, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Gerber to anyone who needs collision work. Your entire team is amazing and I appreciate your dedication to customer service.

Looks fine but they didn't fix something because they said insurance wouldn't cover it and my insurance would have, slightly irritating but not worth a fight

While much of the repair is good, we did have a couple issues needing to be resolved, which are mostly noted with our consultant. Additionally on the way how we found that our passenger front window no longer moves from the passenger front door switch. Probably just a plug, bit still.
