Great communications from Amy, Denise, and Miguel. We had parts struggle due to new model new, but the team kept us informed all along the process. Your team even stayed late so we could pick my wife’s SUV before I had surgery the next day. Gerber has 3 gems in customer service in the Flint Hill rd location.

I received my car back and it looked really great. I will say that, but unfortunately, my rear camera did not work after my repair and somehow it was missed by the techs/mechanics at the shop. I’m just not sure how that happens when you had to reverse my car to put it in the parking spot where you gave it to me at pick up and it’s one of the main features in a 2016 Impala LTZ there is nice size display that comes on as soon as it’s in reverse but when I reversed the car I got a blue screen telling me to service camera. Then I noticed my vehicle is now shaking during acceleration now after the repair as well. I was told by Miguel it could be the transmission according to a mechanic that he went on a test drive in my car with and that they don’t work on transmissions but this was not happening until AFTER the repairs. I asked for where to go have my car looked at and was told to just find a place near and take it in but my repairs are all part of an insurance claim so in order to continue my repairs else where under the claim I would need the repairs “sourced out” but I was just told to find a shop. I have no choice but to drive the car I am a full time college student, I work, and have a wife and daughter at home I’m VERY busy but just want to be made whole in this situation. I have yet to give a google review in hopes that this matter will be resolved soon and I can give 5 stars.

Window seal is not flush and the corner panel also the window seems loose. And the wheel well trim is not the right trim gaps and is not sitting flush

I would definitely referral anybody to go to your place. If they have any bodywork that needs to be done. The service was amazing sad very helpful. They made my car look brand new. I’m 100% pleased with the outcome and I would recommend anybody to go to Gerber collision on Hill Road?

I was satisfied till the very end when they told me my car would be done for sure 2 days before I finally called to check on it & the lady that answered the phone was rude & said she would call me back. She then proceeded to call 15 minutes before close on a Friday & expected me to pick it up before close. When I explained that I live 25 minutes from there she (again rudley) said "I guess we will see you Monday then".
