The services that I receive was very unsatisfactory from trying to get someone to take care of me on my initial, dropping my car off, and the customer service and my car was very dusty inside which I did not leave it like that when I initially dropped the car off this was terrible services

The repairs to the car were done very well, but while they were repairing my car, they must’ve had the windows down and my car was filled with large amounts of dust throughout the car, which should’ve been clean before returned. It was not like that prior to me dropping my car to Gerber collision it should have been cleaned up prior to returning to me.

When I initially went to the shop to get service, your customer service totally ignored me and was not really interested in helping me. I had to leave the shop call my adjuster and then return to win. Antonio assisted me at that time which he was very helpful.

Antonio did an amazing job when handling my small but big project for my Mercedes Benz. Despite my initial reservation as I’ve never used Gerber before, Antonio handled my car with care and kept me informed the entire time. He was patient with all of my concerns. I was very happy when I picked my car up.

I especially appreciated how seamlessly they coordinated both the pickup and return of my rental vehicle—it made the entire process effortless on my end. Most importantly, the quality of the repairs to my 2020 Jeep Cherokee was outstanding. The vehicle was returned in excellent condition, and the workmanship exceeded my expectations.
