We were forced to cancel our original appointment due to death of my father-in-law and everyone was very understanding! Gerber employees worked with us in rescheduling at a time convenient for us ! The car looked great when we picked it up!

Although the repair got delayed a few times they kept me updated and got us taken care of with the rental when insurance wouldn’t cover the last few days after a delay! Always was treated with respect and compassion everytime I spoke to the front desk lady as well! Car looks phenomenal too. Great work and great customer service

Car looks great and communication great! The front desk lady, I want to say tracy, even helped me load up my car seats from the rental when I had my hands full! She truly went above and beyond between communication, getting the rental taken care and just being a helping hand when I had mine full with my toddler at pick up!

The repair on the back bumper and lift gate was fantastic. Everything looks uniform and the car was cleaner than when I brought it in. Communication was frequent. The explanation of repairs was great. Highly recommend!
