We mainly had interactions with Shalina who was fabulous! She was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Shalina thoroughly explained the process so we knew what to expect. All things being equal, Shalina is the one who would bring us back to Gerber!

Lack of communication people said they would call me back and no one did had problems with parts orders and no could told me that is why it was taking so long so finally I took my truck back with it incomplete ordered parts and finished myself

I am satisfied this time with the work done. I am not satisfied with the inability of the guy doing the estimate is unreachable. He is lacking in customer service and might as well be missing. Never heard for weeks the estimate, had to call insurance who called as well as myself asking for estimate and what was going on. This is not the only place in town that does body work. The previous fella that did estimates were far more personable and infact able to answer questions. The receptionist does a far better job then him, in assisting the customer. It's sad I don't know his name, but the. He never talked to a customer and this is my second time in here for repairs. Charlene rocks.

Terrific job. Finished way before expected. Car looks great. Staff and owner are great and I definitely appreciate everything they did, made the process easy and complete. They went above and beyond even returning my rental car for me!

Excellent work! Finished work is terrific. Staff were professional while being incredibly helpful. Timely updates and being apprised of progress was outstanding. All in all a wonderful experience! I want to add that the shop actually detailed the entire outside of the vehicle. More than a pleasant surprise!
