As long as the customer is okay with driving a rentalfor an extended period of time, I would recommend Gerber collision to them.

I feel like 3 weeks to repair/replace a driver’s side door was an excessively long time. Otherwise all was good.

I kind of dreaded talking to the receptionist because she made me feel like I should have known gerber’s repair process…from dealing with the insurance adjuster to the person(s) in paint.

I have a scratch on my hood that was not there when I dropped off my car. I noticed it when I got home. I called the facility at 4:45 and was put into the "national" loop. I left a voicemail, as instructed. Still waiting for a call back.

Have to take it back for a small touch up, where two parts come together it was uneven needed something to make it smooth joint so they will let us know when they get the part
