I recently took my vehicle in for post-accident repairs, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From the very first phone call, the staff was incredibly helpful and got me scheduled within just a few days. On the day of drop-off, everything went seamlessly. They had a rental vehicle ready for me on-site, which made the transition effortless—and it was nearly identical to my own vehicle, which was a huge bonus. Throughout the process, I received daily updates via text, which really helped me feel informed and at ease. Even more impressive, my car was ready in just four days! When I picked it up, they walked me through all the exterior repairs, and everything looked great. But the biggest surprise was when I got inside—they had completely detailed the interior! I honestly wish I had known ahead of time… I might have cleaned under my kids’ car seats a bit better 😄 Overall, I can’t recommend this company enough. They have excellent processes in place, their team is friendly and professional, and they truly make the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I felt very well taken care of from start to finish.

Well first of all they made everything very easy, they even reserved a rental car for us. But in the end they were done with the job a week early and did a fabulous job.

From the beginning when I brought my car into get a estimate from my incident. I was please front desk receptionist. She let me into step-by-step. What’s going to happen then she hand me over to the collision estimator. He and I walked through my incidents and gave me an estimate in within half an hour. He estimate was submitted to the my company. After the few weeks, I brought my car back to the Gerbert collision & glass. Week later I came back to pick up my car. I couldn’t believe my eyes my car was beaming. I haven’t seen my car beaming with shine that I have not ever. When I walked into the building, I was telling the front desk lady is that beautiful car out there in the parking lot is it my car. I was delighted with the service and finishing up my car. Also, Gerber collision and glass detailed my car too. It felt like I was picking up brand new car from the dealers parking. “ I’m very impressed work done to my car!” I will be recommending Gerbert collision and glass two my friends and family 100%.

The damage repair looks great. I really appreciated it was done on a timely manner. Also the interior was cleaned from top down, I totally didn't expect that. Awesome job!
