As usual they did a great job with my car second vehicle they have fixed for me they stayed in communication with me about repairs the whole process Isaiah took great care of my care and Katie helped when she could if she didn’t know she didn’t hesitate to ask there was another lady that helped me out as well sorry I don’t remember her name but great job to the entire Gerber Collision team thank you!!

Hi Gerber Team, First of all, thank you so much for all your help with my car and the repair process. I really appreciate your time and assistance. I just wanted to let you know about the windshield wiper issue. When we picked up the car from Gerber Collision & Glass, everything seemed fine. But the first time we drove it in the rain, we noticed that one of the wipers was broken, so we had to replace it ourselves. It cost $32.24. I’ve also emailed the State Farm claim team to ask if this can be reimbursed. Could you please advise me on the proper way to handle this? I also hope Gerber can look into it and consider reimbursing the cost. Thank you again for your help. I attached the car details page for your easy checking the record. Gerber did a great job with the repair. The back and forth with the insurance company( which I suspect is typical) was frustrating because they kept making Gerber try used parts that prolonged the repair. But in the end I am happy with the result of the repair.
