Gerber has one of the most professional facilities i have ever been associated with. From the excellent welcome when I came through the door, to the knowledgeable inspection of my truck; I was very impressed. They went the extra miles to address with my insurance company my concerns. They really worked for me. The worked done on my truck was unbelievable.. The paint matched perfectly and all required work was completed above my aspects.

When I got my vehicle back my side mirror button was broken and when I tried to address the issue I was told to take it to the dealership because it’s a known issue with the side mirrors. I did my own research and there are no known issues with my mirrors I spoke to the insurance company and was told that there were no known issues with the mirrors either. So the inspector was supposed to call me back last week. No call I took the car back to them and the guy broke my mirror so supposedly the mirror is supposed to be in today no sure but I’m so over this situation somebody please help me
