I am not satisfied at all with the time it took to repair my car. A part was ordered without them telling me about it. I was told that they might need it but I was not informed when it was ordered, which extended the length of time they had my car. They had my car for 2 weeks and I had to get a rental car, that stayed in my garage most of the time, except for 3 days. I was first told that it might be fixed by a certain time but it was extended about a week. Even at the end of the second week, I was not guaranteed that I could get my car, which was yesterday. I turned in the rental because I was not going to continue to pay for a car I was not driving. About 20 minutes after I turned in the car and was on my way home, I received a call saying my car was ready. I had to turn around and go back to get my car. Luckily, I made a stop and I hadn't made it home. I do not have a problem with the work that was done but I do have a problem about the length of time it took. I might have felt better if I was informed about what was going on as it was happening, instead of being told it might be a certain time or whatever. I'm also complaining about the fact that I was told on Friday morning, April 24th, that my car was ready. I went to get it and it was still in assembly. That meant I had to go back home and wait to be called. When I did call, that was when I was told that it might be ready by the end of the day on Friday, but they weren't sure.
