When I dropped off the car, I asked about the cost for an unrelated repair to the car (from a previous accident). The representative gave me a very high level ballpark number, but said that this would be a good time to do the repair because we would get the labor rate that Gerber charges the insurance company, which is better than we would normally get. He committed to providing an estimate for the repair and that I could then decide if I wanted to move forward. He never did. When I got a follow-up call to provide me with an update of the repair a couple days later, I asked again for the estimate for the unrelated repair. I never got it again. Very unprofessional. I will leave a Google review about this.

The GM was very kind to bring my car home to me. Parts had to come in from Germany and it 2.5 months to complete the repair. This is not Gerber's fault but the communication through out the 10 weeks was lacking until I insisted they call me weekly.
