I never realized that there were such honest and trustworthy mechanic shops out there, until having my car repaired at Gerber Collision & Glass! Drew made the process seamless and kept in contact every step of the way. He fully explained the details of the repair from start to finish and was so kind and well-spoken through all of it. The experience truly felt like we took our vehicle to close family friends whom we could rely on during a stressful time in our lives. Honestly, you guys couldn’t have done a better job and if I could rate higher than 10 - I would! I hope we don’t have the need for any more repairs in the future but if we do, we will be life-long customers! Seriously, amazing job, could not be more satisfied!

Was charged $500 more than originally quoted and never received a call to let me know. The decals were not placed on the truck, will have to take it back which is a ridiculous inconvenience. No quality control whatsoever and the quoting technician was to say the least condescending.
