I want to thank Marti (sp) for doing an amazing job in communicating with me from start to finish. From the start of the claim with Liberty, to brining the vehicle to Gerber Collision & Glas, Marti was very accessible, upfront and kept me updated on what was happening. Yes, it took multiple orders of the right side bed panel for my 2012 Toyota Tacoma to finally workout, but I had time (as I was in Europe) and Marti kept me updated on everything.
