You guys did a great job, got it done in 7 days. Granite, it wasn't a major repair, but nonetheless , you got it into the shop and got it completed. I really like the fact that you give people updates twice a week.That is a great service. Thank you, and should any other mishaps occur? I will definitely bring it to gerber, collision.

Bad communication. very disappointed with the level of communication from their staff. Very unclear on when my car was going to be ready, I live an hour away from them and it was a nightmare to just figure it out when to go. Multiple calls and never a clear answer.
