The quality of the repair looks great. We were very disappointed with the text messaging system, though. It is completely inaccurate - it told us one date, yet the rep from your office called and told us the vehicle was ready 3 days ahead of schedule. We had planned a trip out of town planning to be back according to the date that the text messages told us; fortunately we hadn't left yet when the rep called and said our vehicle was ready. It seems that the messaging system shouldn't be used until it is fixed.
