I had such a wonderful experience with Gerber Collision & Glass after my Honda Accord was rear-ended. From the moment I brought my car in, the entire crew was so kind, welcoming, and professional. Everyone was incredibly helpful and made what could have been a very stressful experience feel so much easier. The lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing and so sweet throughout the entire process. She was always helpful, patient, and made sure I felt taken care of and informed. You can really tell that the team at Gerber genuinely cares about their customers. My car looks amazing, and I’m so grateful for all the hard work everyone put into getting it repaired. I truly appreciate how kind and wonderful the entire crew was. I would definitely recommend Gerber to anyone needing collision repairs! ❤️

I walked in to get a quote on repairing my car., within 5 minutes I was an agent and pointing out the damage on my car. I was advised that thete could be unseen damage that could affect my quote. Happy to report no other damage was found. ( I didn't have to correspond with insurance co.) The front bumper and grill were replaced. Very minor paint chip on hood was fixed. Thank y'all so much. Entire process was great!

Great customer service! Staff members were able to provide updates in a timely manner. We were traveling from out of town when the accident happened. The team provided timely updates and our vehicle was also ready in a timely timeframe for a few out of Towners.
