I was pleased with the customer service and how tentative they were. Tammy always answered my questions professionally. Tim was very knowledgeable and let me know the process throughly. When I picked up my vehicle Brian was there to help and very professional in the work they did on my vehicle. I would highly recommend this Gerber Collision to my family and friends. I notice they all multi taskers and knowledgeable with each other jobs so if one of them wasn't there the other person would do the job to help or get the job done.

I was really impressed how each person know each other jobs. They were all attentive to their job they had to get done. Brian was very professional and answered all my questions. Brandi made sure I got an answer and very professional at what she does with customer service. Tim knew his job and made sure I knew I can come back if I need anything with my completed job. I was impressed with the completed work they did on my jeep Grand Cherokee.

For the second time in 7 months, a deer has put our Rav hybrid in for repair. Gerber has handled it both times, getting it back to us in two weeks detailed and with the electronics fully synced. Our insurer prefers Gerber and we could not be happier!
