From meeting the receptionist and the technician(Not the proper title here) to.the completion of my vehicle. The general manager handing me the keys to my vehicle under a two week period was a great feeling! Gerber did an Awesome job in replacing my ignition assembly on my car. Also, replacing the lock on the driver's side door. Thank you!

The repair looked great. I was a little surprised that there wasn’t more attention given to the overall appearance of the area around it, though. I had to ask that an area below the repair be rubbed to get a scuff off. It wasn’t within the scope of the repair, but was minimal effort and made the repaired area look much better. Just a little attention to detail that goes the extra mile in customer satisfaction.
