Communication was excellent. Krystal did a great job of keeping me informed as to the status of my vehicle. The actual repair was excellent. Looks brand new, you can't tell it was ever damaged. Repair took two weeks. I can't say if this is typical, but I think it was fair - can't complain. Insurance process was seamless. I paid the deductible, my insurance company took care of the balance directly. Very easy. I would definitely recommend Gerber Collision.
