We were originally told it would be a little over a week for honesty minor repairs. Gerber had our van for over a month. Very little and snarky communication with I believe Bridgette. She contacted us so infrequently I barely knew who she was.

I don’t feel the time line was clear before we even committed to using this service and it took them a week to even pull it into the shop to look at it. Once they took it apart they couldn’t give it back until the work was complete. It was a sliding door that was operable they took two weeks to decide to order a door. There was very little communication or updates. Our van, which is always a main family vehicle was held hostage by this company for over a month.

Body work was good, but the paint work was the worst I have ever seen. And the shop was unable to I correct it so I had to take my car to a different Gerber shop.

Zero communication. Manager stated he had just taken over this location to help out but he was the worse one of them all with communication. Our first interaction I was quite upset but what pushed me over the top was the fact he did not want to listen to the issues and interrupt and talk over me. Extremely rude. The person I dealt with at pick up and the lady at the front desk were super nice.

My experince this time was a little different, I asked that myvparts be ordered befor I brought my vehicle, and they forgot to do it, this caused a month delay but after that all was good outside of receiving a quote for the blue overspray on my vehicle.
