Taken my truck to you twice. 1st time was several days late. This time 1 day late and I have to bring it back to fix a scratch and have the decal applied. That will be two more days I believe it is better to under promise and then over deliver. Or have a production manager that know how to manage production to the expectations set

They fixed the hail damage perfectly. However, I noticed that things were put back together very well. Headliners and carpet were put back in place fully. Additionally, my sunroof is no longer working, I've contacted Gerber about this and they haven't gotten back to me to fix it.

I got into an accident out of state, and needed to repair my vehicle in a short time. The team at the local Gerber's worked under a time constaint to get me home timely, and even got the repairs done sooner than I requested. In addition, they applied some spot treatment on the vehicle I hit free of charge. Overall, I walked away a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend people to Gerber's.
