The work in the paint all look great 1. I left. I had no power to my mirrors or left blinker. Had returned and wait for 40 minutes to be fixed 2. It was taken and had alignment put on it. But as I’m driving on the road, I noticed that the alignment was not properly done, there was a vibration in the wheel and the truck was pulling off the right side of the road if I let go of the steering wheel. I called and I was told to take it to the alignment shop where you had it done, so I did immediately and I sit there for two hours waiting for them to adjust the alignment. I was not a happy person at the time.

The rear view mirror damaged in the accident was just put back on with no repair. Car interior smells horrible. Horn and USB ports no longer work. All of these things are new since the accident

Car was returned sooner than expected and in perfect condition. I have used this company on and off for more than 15 years, and I can honestly say their is nothing I can say that is bad about my experiences. From the office ladies to the garage men/women, I applaud you for quality, and ease of dealing with customers from beginning to the delivery of the perfectly finished vehicle. I honestly hope I never have need of your services again, but if I do I will without a doubt come back to Gerber in Homosassa!
