Overall, good, though communication not stellar. I have waited to reply as there is a bit of sqeaking that we believe is likely brakes, maybe rusty now from sitting almost 2 months. Trying to determine if it's anything more. I also see a chrome trim piece on my bumper is cracked and has several stress cracks as well, obviously was not replaced. I have not tried contacting the shop yet as I haven't had my Jeep back for a full week yet, after having it towed to Horseheads on July 1st. Not quite willing to give it up again.

I do have a concern with Glen Doty because when my husband dropped the car off he specifically asked Glen to put the car on a lift because I ran over several reflector poles, and there could be damage under the car. The first time he called he told me that the car was going to paint after like eight days after we dropped the car off. My husband asked if he put it on the lift and he said he did and everything looked fine. Then I get a call from Glen saying "We have a problem. Your tail pipe is melted to your back bumper and that the entire exhaust was pushed up in the frame and that couldn't be from your accident " I told him it absolutely was from my accident because I ran over several reflector poles. He then asked me if I drove my car after the accident and I said that I had been driving my car ever since the accident. He said "oh okay that makes sense " Glen called me a total of four times and told me each time that he would "call me back" and four times I wait a couple days and he never called me back. I had to call him. I feel that Glen needs to be trained in the art of customer service. I have worked in customer service my whole life and I would NEVER leave a customer hanging like he did. I could understand if it happened once but it happened EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! We have always taken our cars to Gerbers for repairs and the people there are amazing. Jason who is at the front desk is absolutely, over the top awesome at customer service. I would appreciate it if you could speak to Glen about his work ethic skills so this won't continue with other customers. Thank you for taking the time to read my message. The initial wait time was several weeks, and then repair time was a couple more weeks. I thought the time to order parts would have been during the first wait time. It isn't a huge issue for me, just wondering about that. If I was the kind of person who was embarrassed about driving a dented up car, that might have bothered me.
