Very friendly people, worked with insurance to make it all happen and did a great job. It looks like they have an awful lot of vehicles to fix so it takes longer than expected and doesn’t leave much time for communication. I really needed my car sooner, but I do not fault anyone working there. It seems the company expects them to turn over a lot more work than physically possible. With that said, they did an excellent job, it just took too long. Joe, Jason, and Amber and those I did not meet did a great job and make things right.

I spoke with Amber, Jason and Joe on several occasions throughout our repair. They were friendly and helpful from the initial call to get scheduled until the work was completed and the car was picked up. The same great service continued even after we left the lot. We actually had an issue with one of the window switches and before scheduling a time to bring it back in, Joe called to offer suggestions on resetting the switch ourselves so we wouldn’t have to make the trip back to the shop. Everyone made us feel like we were being taken care of and in good hands the entire time. We'll definitely recommend them to others as well as bring our vehicles there in the future. The completed body work looks great, so a shout out to the tech crew too!

No communication the entire time my car was there. Was told they would call minimum once a week. I never heard and had to call them. Now i have to take it back for these reapairs

One issue. When I picked up the car the driver's door rubbed the edge of the fender when opening and took a bit of paint off. They took it back to the shop and made an adjustment and used touch up paint. Seems like quality control fell short.

When the car was picked up the driver's door was rubbing on the edge of fender. It had scratched the paint off in one spot. They took it back into the shop, adjusted the door/fender and used touch up paint to cover the paint flaw. I was disappointed with the lack of quality control.
