I believe this is the third time I’ve used this facility, twice previously when it was Joe Hudson’s. I’m happy to see that the staff remains the same, and they still provide the best service, from the front desk, to diagnosing and quoting the cost of repair, to keeping me informed every step of the way, to letting me know if there’s a delay in getting a car part or anything else. They do things right at this new Gerber location, and I hope they continue provide great service. If they do, I will continue to use them for my car repair needs and recommend the to others.
