Having used other companies in the past, I found Gerber to be unlike any other experience that I have had. Personnel were extremely helpful and courteous. The estimate was timely (fast) and accurate. Timing on work (parts delivery and completion) were right on! I honestly have no negative comments about the process. The updates and timeliness of repairs far exceeded expectations. The relationship with Allstate and a person at Gerber to specifically represent them was also a plus to my positive experience. I will certainly recommend Gerber to others and I have already provided feedback to Allstate in regard to the operation. A process focused on Quality and the Customer! Thanks!
