This would have been a 10 however, there was an issue with my battery. It had to be jumped before I even left the lot to go home. I was told they didn’t disconnect the battery while they completed the repairs and therefore all the juice was drained. This was on a Friday. I was told to call if I continued to have trouble and they would take care of it. I had to jump the vehicle the entire weekend because it would not keep a charge. I called back Monday and was told they would have to go thru my insurance to resolve. It was obvious their fault. There was no issue with the battery when I brought it in and it was not a part of the repair job. Fortunately, I bought the battery 6 months ago and it was under warranty, so I was able to get it replaced outside of Gerber. Why did you not admit your mistake and fix it instead taking no ownership and trying to get my insurance to cover it?????

The staff made an otherwise stressful situation as seamless as possible. They took time to explain everything well, and worked quickly and efficiently. They returned my car repaired and sparkling like new! I would certainly recommend them to anyone I know who needs this service!

There was grinder marks on my trim. Something on the black door strip that won’t come off. Somehow my wheel on the other side was scrapped against something badly. We did a walk around pictures of the vehicle after the accident, before it came to your shop and it was not damaged like it is. There was glass everywhere in the car.

The part that they fixed was ok I guess but they damaged my truck even more while it was down there it looks like they hit something with it or ran into the front of it and made a place on the front bumper and a scrape on the top of the hood and they also didn't check out the rear end problem that it was having they said it was not caused by accident but it was!
