It appears this company has been sold to a new entity. The customer service is well below the standard we received during the last several times we used them. There was little to no communication, the vehicle was completed a week after promised (unlike times before when it was completed prior to the promised date) Brought another vehicle in for estimate when we picked this one up and it’s been several days and no one has called to advise.

I understand there was a major transition in management during my vehicle repair. I am not unhappy that my car was delayed, but I am upset over the fact that my license plate was lost and an item was damaged and the shop did not call to update me on any of these problems.

The repair shop lost my license plate and we're delayed in completing my car by over 2 days. I never received status updates and had to call daily to find out about my license plate and status on delays. When I received my car back a decorative item on my dashboard was broken during repairs to my cars rear bumper. No one in the shop ever even mentioned this to me.

When I spoke with individuals over the phone my issues were resolved. However, I am not entirely satisfied because I should have been receiving updates.
