Every one at Gerber, Steve, Dylan, Iola ect., went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. After initial repairs were done there was a reoccuring problem with the aftermarket power window the insurance co. approved, was replaced twice,and still didn't work. Gerber got insurance to do a OEM replacement, which cost more money, and that solved the problem. Many thanks to them.

Although the repairs were delayed, we are happy with the final results. The Gerber staff kept us informed of the progress and the finished appearance is beautiful. Other than having to reset some of the programmed settings, everything looks great.

The only issues I have are the following. the passenger door now has a whistling sound when driving. I do not believe the door fits tight, at least this is the opinion of members of my family. The second issue appears to have worked it self out as we had difficulty with the side door closing. After a couple of manual efforts the door now appears to work electronically. The rest of the repair effort seems to be working very well.
