Updates weren't always given. I was told I would receive and email with the estimate and I had to reach out a few days after it was due to receive it. Also when my car was completed, I once again had to call, even though I was told they tried to reach me I had no voice mail or email to say the car was completed and ready for pickup.

Great service! Cynthia was really helpful the first time I went she took the time to explain to me the process and help with guidance when it came to repairing my vehicle and what to expect from the insurance company that was covering my damage(since another person hit my car). And because she took the time to explain the process I went and use Gerber as the company taking care of my vehicle!
